4:03 PM:   Candidates, Journalists Share RSS Stories on Google Power Readers Site. Google today launched a new site dubbed Power Readers in Politics, and the McCain and Obama campaigns are using it to highlight news stories and blog posts, sharing content on behalf of their candidates. The Hill.  
3:50 PM:   Cindy McCain's Half Sister 'Angry' She's Hidden. The Portalskis live in a modest home in central Phoenix. Kathleen is retired, as is her husband. Nicholas Portalski is a firefighter and emergency medical technician looking for work. They say it would have been nice if they were left some of the Hensley fortune. 2:36 PM:   McCain Outspending Obama By Hundreds Of Thousands In Many Core Battleground States. The McCain campaign has outspent the Obama camp by hundreds of thousands of dollars, and in some cases by as much as a million dollars or more, in virtually all of the nearly dozen battleground states where both campaigns are up on the air, according to a firm that tracks national advertising. 7:46 AM:   Speculation is building Biden will be named Obama's running mate. When Joe Biden returns to Capitol Hill Monday from his two-day trip to embattled Georgia, vice presidential speculation will rest squarely on him. The longtime Delaware senator and former presidential candidate has long been considered to be on the shortlist for Barack Obama's running mate. CNN.

Obama isn't losing -- he still has a small single-digit lead in most national polls, and he's ahead narrowly in current electoral-vote projections. 7:29 AM:   Obama raises $7.8 million in San Francisco. Barack Obama raked $7.8 million Sunday at three separate fundraisers in San Francisco, telling a VIP dinner crowd - many of whom paid $28,500 to attend - that he would win the presidency in November but to expect a tough battle with Republicans in the meantime.
